两分钟英语演讲稿 篇1

i decided to be a middle school teacher after college. there are many reasons contribute to this decision.

firstly, when i was a little boy, i have been dreaming of being a teacher. it seemed so fascinate to me and i hope i can make my dream come true.

besides, i like so much to be with middle school students. most of the students at that age are full of youthful spirity and i am sure their passion would pass to me. i will retain all the zest of adolescence.

the most important reason is that our country needs plenty of teachers. so far, teaching is considered a tough and low-income job in china. however, if we have not enough teachers, our future will lack of excellent scientist, managers, businessmen, soldiers and even goood workers and farmers. how can our country to be strong and wealthy?

i wish my country to be a better one. i am ready to be a teacher and hope all the persons with lofty ideals may dedicate themselves to this meaningful career.

good morning, dear teacher and my friends.

itsquo;s a very intresting topic today.

i think my dad was a hero for me when i was a young child. we'd go fishing, walks, and other fun things for a kid.

every child has a good and great father, and so do i. my dad played a very important role in my daily life`````exactly speaking, in my past 16 years.

my father always stands in the center of my life, from past till now and possibly in the future.

my family was rather poor when i was in my childhood. we didn't have our own house and had to live in a shabby, small room rented from my father's factory. the room was so small that there was little space for people to walk. i didn't have my own bed and had to sleep with my parents. this is terrible both for my parents and me.

but father made this all different!he works very hard on his own business, now we have our own 2 housese, surly,i have my own room.and he take our family so much happiness, richer and richer.

when i was little, i did everything with my dad. you could always find me sitting on his knee or walking and doing everything with him. every night he would read me a bed time story and make the voices of each character.

i learnt a lot from my daddy. i learnt to never take things to seriously and to always smile.

like many other fathers, my dad and i also has generation gap. he is not good at or even cansquo;t work the computer. so when i sitting at the computer desk,he will say something like squo;you should pay more attention to your studysquo;, squo;donsquo;t waste time on the computer英语演讲稿2分钟gamessquo; , squo;it will be bad for your eyessquo; and so on. how can i- a computer fan – reduce time on computer? so i continue studying and playing on it

years pasted, my father is over 45 now. it is time for me to look after him and i am sure i will do and we will live an even better life. and i will say,i really love you dad, cause you are the hero in my mind.

thank you so much!

a common concept among some people is that opportunities are few. they always complain that opportunities never occur to them. they only admire those people who make a hit or succeed by seizing some opportunities, and always wonder why they are never given a good opportunity to show their talent.

another common notion is that there are opportunities everywhere. opportunity may occur to anybody at any time and under any circumstances as long as he/she keeps ma-ki-ng constant efforts. as a student, you can get to the top through your hard work. as a businessman, you can succeed through accurate calculation and with a complete certainty that you can make a profit.

in my opinion, opportunity favors only those who keep trying and who are ready for it. as the saying goes "god helps those who help themselves", so no matter whether there's opportunity or not, what we should do is to study, to learn and become learned people, only in this way can you seize your opportunity when it occurs. so never say there's no opportunity again, opportunities are around us.

in the matter of courage we all have our limits. there never was a hero who did not have his bounds. i suppose it may be said of nelson and all the others whose courage has been advertised that there came times in their lives when their bravery knew it had come to its limit.

i have found mine a good many times. sometimes this was expected--often it was unexpected. i know a man who is not afraid to sleep with a rattle-snake, but you could not get him to sleep with a safety-razor.

i never had the courage to talk across a long, narrow room. i should be at the end of the room facing all the audience. if i attempt to talk across a room i find myself turning this way and that, and thus at alternate periods i have part of the audience behind me. you ought never to have any part of the audience behind you; you never can tell what they are going to do.

i'll sit down.

you couldn‘t imagine one woman, deaf, dumb and blind, would live happily. for most of us, we would go to death rather than living if we couldn‘t listen, couldn‘t speak and couldn‘t look.

we are not brave enough to face such life. but helen keller did. as the most famous handicapped, though deaf, dumb and blind, she tried her best to let herself happy. she learnt to touch the world and learn writing with her fingers, then she could write her sentiments with imaginations and pens. i believe she must have one strong heart to face all the misfortunes.

maybe misfortunes are given by god, but the life is made by ourselves. the heart decides the life. we are much luckier than helen keller. and no one wants you to be helen keller.

what i want to say in this speech is living happily and smile to face all difficulties in your life. i believe it’s much easier than what hellen keller did.
